This sheet-pan shortcut shines as a flavorful seasoning on chicken and potatoes. Mix sour cream and buttermilk with a portion of the seasoning to create a Zesty Ranch Dipping Sauce to be enjoyed with your chicken and potatoes.

Suggested Use
You Will Need
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 lb. potatoes, cut into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes (3-4 cups)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
Directions (Oven)
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- Reserve 1 Tbsp. Zesty Ranch Seasoning from 2 packet for Zesty Ranch Dipping Sauce (see below)
- In a bowl, toss chicken and potatoes with oil and seasoning.
- Bake on sheet pan for about 20 minutes, until center of chicken reaches 165º.
- While chicken is cooking, make dipping sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Remove chicken; bake potatoes 5 to 10 minutes more if desired.
Directions (Air Fryer)
Cook seasoned potatoes and chicken in a 4-6 quart air fryer at 375º for about 20 minutes, per air fryer directions, until center of chicken reaches 165º. Follow preparation and seasoning directions from Oven method.
Make The Sauce
Mix 1 Tbsp. Zesty Ranch Seasoning with mayonnaise and buttermilk. Use as a dipping sauce for chicken or potatoes. For spicier flavor, add 1 Tbsp. hot sauce.
