Fresh notes of cilantro mix with the citrusy zest of lime to create this lively blend. The perfect flavor combination to balance out the tastes of black pepper and coriander, producing an aromatic seasoning perfect for pork and corn. Add honey and lime juice to a portion of the seasoning to create a Cilantro Lime Honey Glaze that can be drizzled over pork — a perfect, flavorful finish.

Organic onion, organic garlic, sea salt, organic cane sugar, organic cilantro, organic parsley, organic coriander, organic paprika, organic black pepper, organic rice concentrate, organic lime essential oil.
Suggested Use
You Will Need
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 4 ears sweet corn, husked
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice or 1/2 fresh lime, juiced
Directions (Oven)
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- Reserve 2 tsp. Cilantro Lime Seasoning from packet for Cilantro Lime Honey Glaze (see below).
- Make glaze and set aside.
- Place pork and corn on a lined sheet pan.Combine remaining seasoning with oil; coat pork and corn, turning each prices to coat entire surface.
- Cook for 20 minutes; remove from oven and cover pork with glaze.
- Return to oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until center of pork reaches 145º.
Directions (Air Fryer)
Cook seasoned pork tenderloin in a 4-6 quart air fryer at 375º for 15 minutes; coat with glaze, add corn and cook for about 10 minutes, per air fryer directions, until center of pork reaches 145º. Follow preparation and seasoning directions from Oven method.
Make The Glaze
Mix 2 tsp. Cilantro Lime Seasoning with honey and lime juice. Drizzle over pork.
