This Mediterranean Lemon Sheet Pan Seasoning packet lets you create two things with a single packet: expertly seasoned shrimp and vegetables, and a lusciously flavored sauce to drizzle over top. Mediterranean herbs and spices, including rosemary and coriander, are countered by the bright, citrusy burst of lemon peel. The sweetening properties of tomatoes create a well-balanced blend suitable for shrimp, green beans, red onions and more.

Suggested Use
You Will Need
- 1 lb. raw shrimp
- 3-4 cups vegetables (we suggest 1 cup sliced red onion, 21/2 cups fresh green beans, 2 Tbsp. capers, 1/2 cup mixed olives, halved)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. honey
Directions (Oven)
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Reserve 2 tsp. Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning from packet for Lemon Herb Yogurt Sauce (see below).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp and veggies with oil and seasoning.
- Bake on sheet pan for 8 to 12 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through.
- While shrimp is cooking, make sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Directions (Air Fryer)
Cook seasoned shrimp and veggies in a 4-6 quart air fryer at 400º for 6 to 10 minutes, per air fryer directions. Follow preparation and seasoning directions from Oven method.
Make The Sauce
Mix 2 tsp. Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning with plain yogurt and honey. Drizzle sauce over meal.
