Suggested Use
Pancake & Waffle Instructions
Pancakes (4") Makes about 8 pancakes
- 1 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Pancake & Waffle mix
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Cup milk or water
- PREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375ºF.
- STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
- SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
Waffles (6") Makes about 2 Waffles
- 1 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Pancake & Waffle mix
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Cup milk or water
- Preheat waffle iron.
- STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
- BAKE batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
Tips and Tricks: For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
