Recommended Use:

Medical Grade Manuka honey, purified water, pharmaceutical salt, vegetable glycerin, natural fruit and plant extracts containing citric and ascorbic acids. 

Bottled in the USA using Medical Grade manuka honey from New Zealand. 

Suggested Use

• Safe for people over 1 year of age who are not allergic to bees or bee products. 
• Insert the nozzle into each nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. 
• Spray 1-2 pumps in each nostril in any 4-hour period up to 3 times per day. 
• Optional: Tilt head back for 1-2 minutes after spraying.
• Expect to blow your nose a few minutes after spraying. Always blow your nose gently. 
• Clean the nozzle after each use. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.
• If nasal tissues are inflamed, it is normal for a short sting to occur, which goes away with repeated use. If it persists, discontinue use and seek the care of a medical professional. 

Optional Cleansing Methods:

• Spray on a cotton swab, then swab each nostril. 
• Spray the back of the throat.
