Medical grade manuka honey, purified water, pharmaceutical salt, vegetable glycerin, natural fruit and plant extracts containing citric and ascorbic acids.

Suggested Use

• Safe for people over 1 year of age who are not allergic to bees or bee products. 
• Insert the nozzle into each nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. 
• Spray 1-2 pumps in each nostril in any 4-hour period up to 3 times per day.
• Optional: Tilt head back for 1-2 minutes after spraying. 
• Expect to blow your nose a few minutes after spraying. Always blow your nose gently. 
• Clean the nozzle after each use. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.

Optional Cleansing Methods: 

• Spray on a cotton swab, then swab each nostril.
• Spray the back of the throat.

Recommended Use: 

• When in crowded spaces: Schools, Airplanes, Work, Restaurants, Gyms, Stores, Hospitals, & Cruise Ships. 
• When airborne allergens are present: Pollen, Mold, Grasses, Pollution & Smoke. 
• When around people who are coughing or sneezing. 
• As part of regular hygiene program, use once per day, or as needed.

Safety Sealed: The clear shrink band on spray bottle is for your protection. Do not use if seal is missing or visibly tampered with. 

Do not use if allergic to bee products. Use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection. If nasal tissues are inflamed, it is normal for a short sting to occur, which goes away with repeated use. If it persists, discontinue use and seek the care of a medical professional.
