New to MCT Oil?
If you are new to MCT Oil powder, start with just a 1/2 scoop and build up to a full scoop. Please allow your body to adjust over time, otherwise, you may experience digestive upset. If you experience digestive issues, try an even smaller amount (1/4 scoop) and build up.
Add once scoop (approximately 15 g) of MCT Powder + Collagen to your morning coffee, smoothie or preferred beverage. This product works best if blended into coffee or a smoothie using a counter top blender or in the case of coffee a milk frother. A shaker bottle will also work if you're just adding this product to your favorite low carb beverage or water.
