New to MCT Oil?
If you are new to MCT Oil powder, start with 1 tbsp and build up to 3 tbsp. Please allow your body to adjust over time, otherwise, you may experience digestive upset. If you experience digestive issues, try an even smaller amount (1/2 tbsp) and build up.
Add 1-3 tbsp of MCT+ Collagen powder to your morning coffee or add 3 tbsp to smoothies or your preferred beverage. This product works best if blended into coffee or a smoothie using a counter top blender or in the case of coffee a milk frother. A shaker bottle will also work if you're just adding this product to your favorite low carb beverage or water.
