Ingredients

Whole grain wheat, whole grain rye, barley, whole grain oats, whole grain triticale, flaxseed. 

Contains: Wheat.

Suggested Use

Stovetop 

Bring water and salt to a boil. Add cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.

Microwave 

Combine 1/3 cup cereal, 1/2 cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Let stand for 2 minutes. 

Makes 1 serving.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
