Glucose syrup, sugar, water, pectin, citric acid, black carrot concentrate (color), trisodium citrate, natural flavors. 

Does not contain eggs, wheat (gluten), milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy or shellfish.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take one (1) or two (2) gummies per day as a dietary supplement. As with all high potency supplements, ask your healthcare provider what the correct serving size is for you. If you take other supplements, check whether they also contain vitamin D. Do not exceed suggested serving size. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
