Get the most out of every cup.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime. Bring water to boiling and steep for 7 minutes.

This product contains senna leaf. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna leaf may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 

Do not use if you have intestinal obstruction or impairment, other intestinal or bowel disease, or any inflammatory condition of the intestines (e.g ., IBS, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, vomiting or frequent diarrhea. Consult a doctor before use if you have a sudden and persistent change in bowel habits. Laxatives should not be used for longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. It is recommended to maintain proper hydration during use. Senna may cause abdominal cramping. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use as a diet aid or for cleansing.
