Gluten-Free Coconut Flour

Our 100% Coconut Flour is certified gluten-free and made with organic coconuts. It is an excellent source of dietary fiber as well as iron and is naturally low in digestible carbohydrates. Coconuts for our flour are dried at low temperatures and then pressed slowly so no heat is generated and no "toasting" occurs. This yields an organic coconut flour that is considered raw and is white rather than the light tan of other brands.

Independent by Nature

Wildly Organic helps nourish healthy lives with a line of minimally processed foods made for exceptional quality and taste. An independent, family-owned company since 2000, we are committed to sharing wholesome food that is responsibly sourced and produced.
