Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a chemical compound produced in laboratories identical to the compound produced in the process of digestion when you eat raw or very lightly-steamed cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, watercress, radishes, etc. This is an alternate to eating 1 cup of raw or crunchy cruciferous vegetables three times a week.

Grown & processed in Peru, made by flash heat-extrusion process (gelatinization).
Suggested Use
Take with food.
Peri-Menopause/Petite: Start with 1 cap daily (or every other day) with food. Increase if necessary after 5 days to control hot flashes.
Post-Menopausal Women: Start with 1 cap twice daily with food. Post-Menopausal women with hot flashes may need to take additional Royal Maca® caps w/o DIM™ or Royal Maca® Powder. Increase by 1 cap daily, every 5 days until hot flashes are 80% better. If, at any point, hot flashes increase you are taking TOO much.
Warnings
Consult physician if pregnant or nursing. Do not use with Tamoxifen®.
If taking estrogen/phytoestrogens/precursor hormones, STOP 4 weeks prior to taking Royal Maca®. Urine may appear orange while using this product.
