Suggested Use

Massage Tips

  1. Softly massage around your belly button in clockwise, increasing circles. Then continue motion over thighs, rubbing product straight down. Repeat until product is fully absorbed. 
  2. Massage each breast with gentle stroking movements, circling your breast with each stroke, towards - but not including - the nipple area. Repeat until product is fully absorbed. 
  3. Massage up and down outside of thigh area. Massage upwards using fingertips and downwards using the palm of your hand. Be sure to focus on the outer thigh area. Repeat until product is fully absorbed.
  4. Stand up and relax. Place your flat hands on either side of your lower spine, near the sacrum. Similar to the thigh massage, stroke down the buttocks using the palm of your hand. Then, massage back up using your fingertips. Repeat until product is fully absorbed.
