Suggested Use

To assess tolerance, start by using one half of a scoop mixed in 6-8 ounces of water & consume 15-20 minutes prior to physical activity/weight training. For normal suggested use, mix 1 full scoop into 10-12 ounces of water approximately 15-20 minutes prior to physical activity/weight training. Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24 hour period.

For use as a dietary supplement only, for healthy adults of the age of 18 and over. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or may become pregnant. Do not consume if you have a pre-existing medical condition, or you are taking any prescription medication. Please consult your doctor or health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Use only as directed and do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not take for more than 8 weeks consecutively. Store in a cool, dry place (60ºF to 80ºF).
