Humic is also known as lignite, and has characteristics similar to shilajit. Our natural processing using nothing but purified water is also key. Chemically processed humic and colloidals offer minimal benefit.

Purified reverse osmosis de-ionized carbon filtered water.

Unformulated and in the ratios naturally presented within the original humate/lignite source.

Suggested Use

Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily, as needed. (bottle cap is a one ounce measure). Can be taken straight from the bottle, or added to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth liquid products. Take with food for best absorption. If health challenge exists introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to detoxify slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage. 

Refrigerate is not essential, but is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring trace enzymes. Shake well.

Humic Minerals are a rich dark color, but you'll find it has almost no taste when diluted in a small amount of water. (Dilution does not diminish the effectiveness).
