Suggested Use
Shake vigorously. add 1 tsp (4.9ml, about 80 drops) to a large beverage. This product is unflavored & has a strong, salty flavor. we recommend dividing the serving size throughout the day.
Water: add 15-20 drops per 16-24 oz.
Flavored beverages: add 40-80 drops to sports drinks, smoothies, etc. as the flavor of these drinks will help mask the salty flavor of the pure electrolyte concentrate.
