Suggested Use
Using the metered dropper, take 1-4 ml (1-4 droppers) daily.
Days 1-3: 10 drops/day.
Days 4-6: 10 additional drops/day.
Days 7+: 10 additional drops every few days until you reach 80 drops (4mL) spread throughout the day.
Do not refrigerate.
Warnings
A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. if this occurs, simply reduce amount per serving. Consuming diets with adequate magnesium may reduce the risk of high blood pressure (hypertension).
