Diabenil contains a comprehensive blend of botanicals and nutrients to support healthy blood sugar levels and help protect nerves, blood vessels, eyes, and kidneys. In supporting eye health, the anthocyanoside flavonoids in Vaccinium myrtillus (bilberry) are particularly supportive of retina health.

Lipoic acid is a potent antioxidant in both water-soluble and fat-soluble mediums. It has also been found to inhibit an enzyme that decreases the production of sorbitol.
