Earl Grey tea is named after Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey, who was a British Prime Minister in the 1830s. This greener take on the classic blend pairs organic Bergamot essence with rich, organic green tea leaves.

Calabria Bergamot

Reggio di Calabria in Southern Italy is the native growing area for 'Citrus Bergamia' Bergamot. We use a steam-distilled Bergamot oil.

Pairing

Green Earl Grey pairs especially well with breakfast breads, rice desserts, dark chocolate and slightly spicy foods.

Ingredients

Organic green tea leaves, organic bergamot essence.

Suggested Use

Brew one teaspoons of leaf in eight ounces of filtered water at 175ºF for four minutes. Provides at least two infusions.
