Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules, one serving, each day upon waking, on an empty stomach.
Initial use to assess your tolerance, take two (2) capsules a day on an empty stomach. After three days, it experiencing no discomfort, start taking four (4) capsules a day. To deliver benefits throughout the entire day, you may take two (2) capsules twice a day on an empty stomach, once upon waking in the morning and once in the afternoon. Take for 60 days for best results.
Warnings
Individuals using antidepressant medications should consult with their prescribing physician prior to using this product. Individuals diagnosed with bipolar disease or manic depression should avoid supplementing with SAMe. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
