Hypromellose (capsule), cellulose, organic rice hulls, ascorbyl (vitamin C) palmitate. 

This product is manufactured in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. 

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional. It is widely recommended that healthy adults ages 18 years or older do not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine from all sources in a 24-hour period. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Do not take within 8 hours of bedtime.
