Noodle: water, rice, potato starch, lactic acid, amylase. Sauce: sugar, water, tomato paste, fresh onions, spices, soybeans, lemon extract, corn maltodextrin, salt, lemongrass, modified corn starch, fish sauce [anchovy (fish), salt, water], fresh garlic, sea salt, rice vinegar, citric acid, caramel color, acetic acid, malic acid, xanthan gum, yeast extract. Topping: peanut.
Dehydrated vegetables: bok choy, carrot, red bell pepper.
Contains: fish (anchovy), soy, peanut.
Suggested Use
Cooking Instructions
Cook Time: 2 minutes • Makes 1 serving
- Carefully remove lid and packets. Empty contents of noodles and vegetable packets into tray. Pour sauce over noodles. Add 2 tbsp. water. Cover loosely with lid.
- Microwave on high 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove lid carefully. Mix well. Sprinkle peanut topping over noodles. Enjoy!
Microwave oven vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted.

- Top with fresh bell peppers, beans sprouts or snow peas
