Increases lean muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regiment. Improves performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly-intense physical activity (e.g. sprints, resistance training, etc.) by increasing muscle energy levels.

Suggested Use

Adults 18 years and older. Optional Loading Phase: Take 1 serving, 3-4 times (18.9 -25.2g) daily for a duration of 5 days. Mix with 12-16oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Do not exceed 5g per serving. 

Maintenance Phase: Take 1 Serving (6.3g) daily. Mix with 4 fl oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Take separately from products containing caffeine (e.g. coffee, cola, etc.).
