Magnesium chloride flakes.

Suggested Use

Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of hot water. Soak 20-30 minutes. 

Full Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with hot water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
