Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily with 8 ounces of water on an empty stomach or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, avoid eating for 30 minutes after use.

Warnings

Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use this product if you are taking blood platelet inhibitors such as Ticlid, Plavix or Coumadin. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
