Trimmer Cleaning Spray: Water, decyl glucoside, polyglyceryl-4 laurate/sebacate, polyglyceryl-6 caprylate/caprate, potassium sorbate, sodium citrate, cymbopogon flexuosus (lemongrass) oil, salvia officinalis (sage) oil.

Suggested Use
Paige Hathaway Waist Trimmer
Here are a few helpful tips to maximize your Sweet Sweat® Waist Trimmer experience and prolong its lifespan.
Normal Cleaning: After each use, wipe down excess sweat with a dry cloth. Apply SR® Waist Trimmer Cleaning Spray or clean using warm water and soap. Hang to dry.
Machine Wash: (1-2 times per month) Pat dry excess sweat. Place Waist Trimmer in a mesh carry bag or laundry bag. Wash cold on gentle cycle in front load washer only. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
With frequent use, your Sweet Sweat® Waist Trimmer will last 6-8 months. Can last up to one year with less frequent use.
Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer
Before exercise, apply an ample amount of Sweet Sweat® topical gel to the skin, coating all desired areas without rubbing in. Sweet Sweat is activated by your elevated heart rate, and works best during cardio, circuit, and high intensity interval training.
For Best Results: Do not use Sweet Sweat with any other creams or lotions, as they can create a topical barrier that may inhibit results. Sweet Sweat should be own under loose fitting clothing to prevent friction and increase ¨breathability.¨ Sweet Sweat can also be used while swimming, and in dry or infrared saunas. For optimal results, use with Sweet Sweat Neoprene Trimmers.
Removal: After exercise and the normal ¨cool down¨ period, towel off Sweet Sweat first before showering.
Trimmer Cleaning Spray
For daily cleaning after your workout, wipe your Sweet Sweat® Trimmer or yoga mat with a dry cloth. Shake well and spray several times to cover entire Trimmer area and wipe clean. For deeper cleaning, let Cleaning Spray sit for 5 minutes on Trimmer and wipe clean.

Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer
Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Sweet Sweat should be kept away from direct sunlight at all times. Do not leave in car as product may liquefy at warm temperatures. If melting occurs, place at room temperature or refrigerate until product becomes solid again. Use a pre-wash stain remover on clothing when necessary.
