Contains a source of alpha-Amylase which can hydrolyze starch. 1 SKBU (Sandstedt Kneen Blish Unit) is the amount of enzyme which will dextrinize starch under assay conditions.
Contains a source of Protease which can hydrolyze proteins. 1 GDU (Gelatin Digestion Unit) is the amount of enzyme which will liberate, after 20 minutes of digestion at 45 ℃, 1 mg of amino nitrogen from a standard gelatin solution at pH 4.5 or pH 5.5.
Contains a source of Cellulase which can break down cellulose. 100 CMCU (Carboxymethyl Cellulose Units) is defined as the amount of Cellulase enzyme required to produce reducing sugar equivalent to 1 mg of glucose per minute under the conditions of assay.
Contains a source of Lipase which can hydrolyze triglycerides. 1 LU (Lipase Unit) is defined as the quantity of enzyme that will liberate 1 umol of butyric acid per minute under the conditions of assay.
