Organic cane sugar, sea salt, organic tamari powder (organic soybeans, organic maltodextrin, salt), organic garlic, organic onion, organic orange peel, organic vinegar powder (organic maltodextrin, organic white distilled vinegar powder), organic ginger, organic cocoa powder (processed with alkali), organic rice concentrate.

Suggested Use
You will need
- 1 1/2 lbs. salmon, skin on
- 1/4 cup neutral oil (sunflower, canola, vegetable, etc.)
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Mix packet contents with oil and water.
- Place salmon in a single layer in a sealable dish or resealable bag.
- Pour marinade over salmon. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat.
- Marinate for 30 minutes (or no longer than 1 hour).
- Grill skin-side down for 4-6 minutes, flip and grill 4-6 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 145º.
Tips
Substitute salmon with sliced tempeh; marinate, then grill for 3 minutes per side.
