Suggested Use

1. Pop the cap. 
2. Flip upside down. 
3. Squeeze firmly into dispenser or washer until liquid stops - the EasyDose cap measures for you! Flip, close the cap and store upright. 1 firm squeeze for medium loads, 2 firm squeezes for large loads. 

Warnings
