Moringa Oleifera is a plant that has been praised for its health benefits for thousands of years. We have added moringa leaves known to be high in vitamin B6. Vitamin C, Iron, Riboflavin, and Magnesium, to our kelp noodles. Moringa leaves are also rich in antioxidants including quercitin and chlorogenic acid.

Based on the RDA of 150 mcg of iodine per serving/daily limit, each 4 ounce serving of our Kelp Noodles contains 54.80 mcg of iodine.
Suggested Use
Serving and storage
- Rinse and soak noodles in water for 10 minutes.
- Cut the noodles to desired length.
- Store any unused noodles in water in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Do not freeze.
