Ingredients

Water, kelp, sodium alginate, konaberry.

Based on the RDA of 150 mcg of iodine per serving/daily limit. Each 4 ounce serving of our Kelp Noodles contains 54.80 mcg of iodine.

Suggested Use

Rinse and soak noodles in water for 10 minutes. Cut the noodles to desired length.

Refrigerate after opening.

Store any unused noodles in water in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
