Suggested Use

Mix 1-2 scoops with water (6-8 oz. per scoop) & consume 15-30 min prior to exercise. Vary amount of liquid to preferred taste. Use only as directed. Start with 1 scoop for the first week to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
