Suggested Use

Part 1: For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule in the morning. After 3 days, take 2 capsules in the morning.

Part 2: For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule in the evening. After 3 days, take 2 capsules in the evening.

Store at 86°F (30°C) or below.

Not for long term use. Discontinue use if any adverse events occur. 

This program is not to be used more than three (3) times per year. 

This product contains cape aloe and rhubarb. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cape aloe and rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
