Your Castor Oil Packs in 2 Easy Steps:

1. Massage breasts with Castor Oil (sold separately).
2. Place the packs on your breasts.
3. Wear for 1 hour. 

Wash before first use (lie flat to dry). 

Replace every 2 months.

These packs are not 100% impermeable. Castor Oil will stain fabrics.
