• Valerian Root – an herb that has been used for centuries as a traditional sleep aid, it is thought to influence GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter in the brain that helps to promote relaxation and reduce feelings of occasional stress.
• Lemon Balm - also known as Melissa officinalis, Lemon Balm has been traditionally used to promote relaxation.
• L-Theanine - an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, particularly in green tea, L-Theanine is known for its ability to promote relaxation.

Suggested Use

Adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a doctor.
