Whey protein concentrate, peanut flour, alkalized cocoa powder, medium chain triglyceride powder [(from palm kernel and coconut oils), sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), contains 2% or less of each of the following: silicon dioxide, sunflower lecithin)], gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), salt, natural and artificial flavor, sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

Suggested Use

Consuming enough complete protein throughout the course of a day is an essential part of a healthy diet and active lifestyle. MyoWhey® has been specifically formulated to provide an enhanced amino acid profile over many whole food sources and is an invaluable addition to your daily diet. For best results, spread your de- sired protein usage between several smaller meals throughout the day. 

Shaker bottle preparation instructions: Add your desired amount of protein to a shaker with 6-8 ounces of water per MyoWhey® serving and shake vigorously. Adjust your water usage to achieve your preferred sweetness level. If possible, always add MyoWhey® into a shaker already filled with water to ensure complete solubility. 

Blender preparation instructions: Add water and/or milk, a handful of ice cubes, your desired ingredients and your preferred servings of MyoWhey® into the blender. After closing the lid, blend for 20-30 seconds or until you reach your target consistency. 

Try MyoWhey® in your oatmeal, in your baked goods, or as a pudding by adding less water!
