Suggested Use

Mix 1 scoop of HYDE® Nightmare with 6-8 oz of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to training or competition. Assess tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE® Nightmare.
