  • Microwave: Tear my top off & microwave on high for 90 seconds. Pouch will be hot
  • Heat in Pan: Pour into a pan then heat on medium until hot & bubbling.
  • Boil in Pouch: Place unopened pouch in boiling water & heat until piping hot.
