Suggested Use

• Position so that the elevated arch rests against the inside edge of your shoe.
• Always wear your Profoot Orthotics in both shoes.
• If you feel soreness from wearing the orthotics during the first week, limit use to 2-4 hours per day and gradually increase the time worn.
