Crust: Organic whole grain blend (organic rolled oats, organic whole wheat flour, organic oat flour, organic barley flour, organic millet flour), organic sunflower oil and/or organic canola oil, organic tapioca syrup, organic cane invert syrup, organic date paste, organic glycerin, sea salt, baking soda, organic vanilla extract. 

Filling: Organic cane syrup, organic dried cane syrup, organic dried apples, organic blueberries, organic rice starch, organic glycerin, pectin, organic flavor, water, citric acid, natural vegetable juice (for color).
