Ingredients

Water, magnesium chloride, naturally occurring trace minerals. 

Made without: Dyes, parabens, petroleum, fragrances, animal products/byproducts.

Suggested Use

Shake well. Spray 1-3 pumps, and massage on soles of feet, arms, legs, and other areas of exposed skin for quick relief. Avoid sensitive areas. Let dry. White mineral residue and tingling are natural. Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes, if desired. 

Sprayer must be primed before use. Run nozzle under warm water before spraying for best results. 

Approximately 200 mg of elemental magnesium per 6 sprays.
