Suggested Use

Children and Adolescents (10-14 years of age): take 3 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) per day. Adolescents (15-17 years) and Adults (18 years and older): take 3 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) 2 times per day. Add spirulina to smoothies. can also be used in juices, baked goods and savoury snacks.
