BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acid. BCAAs are called that because of their chemical structure. Nutricost mixes its BCAAs in the optimal 2:1:1 ratio: 2 L-Leucine, 1 L-Isoleucine, and 1 L-Valine.

Suggested Use
