This product has approx. 200 mg natural caffeine per serving (equivalent to about 2 cups of coffee).

Suggested Use

Mix 1 1/2 level tablespoons in 14-16 oz. of water or other beverage 20-30 minutes before workout. One serving of Pre-Workout Advanced Energy has approx. 200 mg caffeine.

Warnings

For adults only. Do not use if sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. After a few weeks of supplementation with beta-alanine, this sensation normally lessens or subsides. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially antihypertensives, nitrates, or other heart medications), or have a medical condition (especially cardiovascular disease, blood clotting disorder, herpes, kidney impairment and/or glaucoma). Discontinue use if nervousness, sleeplessness or nausea occur.
