Oat bran is the nutrient-dense outer husk of oat grain and is a good source of fiber. Suggested Use
Instant: Simply add 1 cup boiling or very hot water to 1/3 cup oat bran, and let sit for 2 minutes for a slightly heartier consistency.
Microwave: Place 1 cup water and 1/3 cup oat bran in a bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and serve.
Stovetop: Place 1 cup water and 1/3 cup oat bran in a pot and bring to boil. Allow oat bran to boil for 2 minutes and serve.
Serving Suggestions: Add 1 tablespoon NOW Real Food® Organic Brown Sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon for a special treat!
