With Now Real Food® Organic Coconut Flour you can say goodbye to overly processed, grain-based flours and replace them with a wholesome, healthy, flavorful flour that's free of gluten and other common allergens. Our Organic Coconut Flour is dried, defatted coconut meat and ground into a fine powder. It's also an excellent source of iron and fiber.
With Organic Coconut Flour you'll use far less than grain-based flours, approximately 1/4 to 1/3 the amount of regular flour called for. You'll also need to increase the amount of liquid used, which can be done by increasing the amount of eggs or egg-substitute. With its unique characteristics we recommend using recipes specifically developed for Coconut Flour.
For over 50 years, NOW Real Food® has been committed to providing the highest quality foods using only the finest ingredients. We're independent, family owned, and proud of it. NOW that's keeping it real.
