As the most abundant protein in mammals, collagen makes up about 30% of the body's protein. NOW® Multi Collagen features collagen from three sources: beef, chicken and fish. This combination product offers naturally occurring types I and III collagen from beef, type II collagen from chicken bone broth and type I collagen from fish. The bovine collagen used in this product is from BSE-free and hormone-free cattle.

Suggested Use

Mix 2 ½ level tablespoons daily into 8 oz. of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Mix vigorously or use a shaker cup.
