Purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, mackerel, and herring), soft gel capsule (fish gelatin from tilapia, glycerin, water, natural flavor), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), natural flavor, rosemary extract (a natural preservative). 

No gluten, milk derivatives, or synthetic dyes.

Suggested Use

Adults take two soft gels daily, with food, or as recommended by your health care professional. For higher-intensity support, take two soft gels twice daily with food.
