Omega-3 Phospholipids blends omega-3s from fish oil with phospholipids from herring caviar to provide uniquely bioavailable support for brain and heart health. This special formulation includes a marine lipid known as lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), which scientific and preclinical research indicates can help EPA and DHA cross the blood-brain barrier for greater brain uptake and utilization. Herring caviar extract (herring caviar, sardines), purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob color), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative). 

No gluten, milk derivatives, or synthetic dyes. 

Fish oil processed in Norway, herring caviar extract processed in the E.U.

Suggested Use

Adults take two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.
